All iSpeak courses are model based. Each class has it's own educational model as the foundation for the course. This means that you will not only examine and learn new skills (analysis), but you will learn how these skills work together to achieve positive results (synthesis).

Tools and Job Aids
In each iSpeak course students will learn how to utilize tools to achieve success. These tools can be immediately implemented by the students upon their return to work. Each of these tools will be delivered to the students in class and will also be made available to alumni via the iSpeak Web Portal.

iSpeak Training in a Box (iTIB)
iSpeak’s Training in a Box (iTIB) program was designed to complement classroom training and provide ongoing assistance with the
implementation of new skills. The iTIB program consists of a Booklet,
PowerPoint presentation, Flash Card, Coaching session, Interactive
