iSpeak Business Models

All iSpeak courses are model based. Each class has it's own educational model as the foundation for the course. This means that you will not only examine and learn new skills (analysis), but you will learn how these skills work together to achieve positive results (synthesis).  iSpeak Business Models can also be mapped into any existing business models at your company.  The Servicing4Success Model is an example of one of the many models used in iSpeak courses.

Facilitators, Speakers and Instructors

iSpeak will only employ seasoned professionals and experienced educators for the classroom. In addition, all facilitators must be certified and possess exceptional speaking skills. On average, our facilitators have 16 years of business experience.

Internal Curriculum Development

iSpeak believes that generic course content and workshop examples will not produce the same lasting effects as content customized to your industry and company.  iSpeak develops all of its own training materials, which allows customized courses based on your unique needs.  All content is based on extensive research and written by professionals with years of business and education experience.  iSpeak also provides flexible licensing options for all course curriculum.  You can view sample content from the Servicing4Success program.

Tools and Job Aids

In each iSpeak course students will learn how to utilize tools to achieve success. These tools can be immediately implemented by the students upon their return to work. Each of these tools will be delivered to the students in class and will also be made available to alumni via the iSpeak Web Portal. One of the most popular tools is the Presentation Planner.

iSpeak Training in a Box (iTIB)

iSpeak’s Training in a Box (iTIB) program was designed to complement classroom training and provide ongoing assistance with the implementation of new skills. The iTIB program consists of a Booklet, PowerPoint presentation, Flash Card, Coaching session, Interactive Situational Exercise, and Videos. You can view sample content from the iTIB program.
