iSpeak Instructor Certification Program
In today’s fast paced environment, adults have found the need to “never
graduate.” In other words, they are consistently improving their marketable
skills by engaging in a lifetime of learning. These adult students are more
experienced in the workplace and will have special needs to obtain the most
from a classroom environment of learning. As a result, iSpeak has developed
an Instructor Certification Program to ensure the highest quality of
instruction when delivering the iSpeak Business4Success© curriculum.
To preserve the original intent of the curriculum as well as ensure the
maximum skill improvements and benefits for students, iSpeak has developed
the following certification process recommended for any instructor prior to
delivering the course content.
Why is certification recommended?
- Students retain and apply more skills from class when the instructors
are well versed in the curriculum content and the ability to educate.
- Corporate quality standards with your organization need to be
preserved.
- Corporate identity and reputation can be at risk with poor classroom
delivery.
- Instructors develop more credibility and rapport with students when
they are certified.
- Combination of Knowledge, Experience and Communication skills create
the best learning environment for students in the classroom.
Who should get certified?
While iSpeak Instructor Certification is open to all applicants,
instructors with the greatest potential for success in delivering the iSpeak
Content will exhibit certain skills and abilities. These attributes may
include the following:
- Senior instructors with the skills and abilities to educate the adult
learner effectively.
- Business experience in one or all of the iSpeak topic areas (Sales ,
Customer Service and Presentation Delivery)
- Classroom delivery experience greater than six months.
- Ability to engage students through effective questioning and
facilitation techniques.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong communication skills for dealing with a challenging
environment.
Certification Benefits
Obtaining an iSpeak Professional Certification provides an opportunity
for career instructional facilitators and trainers to expand their
professional skill set for delivering training in an adult classroom
environment. Besides the improved and expanded professional trainer skills,
all certified instructors will receive the following:

iSpeak Certified Master Instructor (iCMI.) At their sole discretion, the
following certifications will be given upon completion of the process.
Master
The iSpeak Certified Master Instructor (iCMI) status is reserved for
those individuals certified to teach all four key areas of the iSpeak
Business4Success Model©. This level of certification also allows the
instructor to deliver certification courses on the iSpeak curriculum to
other individuals.

successfully deliver the iSpeak Professional Business Curriculum. The iSpeak
Certified Professional Instructor (iCPI) status will remain effective
indefinitely, assuming the appropriate annual requirements are met.

course, yet still in need of more development to attain the level of
Professional Instructor. Conditional Certification instructors must
complete and report back on specific defined criteria prior to obtaining
full Professional Certification.

In rare cases individuals may be given a status of “Not Certified.”
These individuals are unable to deliver the curriculum at the minimum skill
level required. The skills are currently beyond the scope of capability
based on their current professional development.
